Network design & optimisation
Architectures tailored to your business rather than a reference diagram — one size does not fit all, and an over-engineered network costs as much as an under-built one.

Network architecture built around your business, firewalls that are actively managed rather than installed and forgotten, and round-the-clock monitoring so stability does not depend on someone noticing.
A network is only as good as the day it was last reviewed. We build architectures that fit the business and keep the edge defended as the threat landscape moves.

Firewall solutions implemented and then actually managed — rule sets reviewed, changes documented, and drift caught before it becomes an opening.
Identify and stop threats at the perimeter with IDS and IPS tuned to your traffic, so alerts mean something and staff do not learn to ignore them.
Securely connect remote offices and give staff safe access from anywhere, without turning the VPN concentrator into the thing that takes the business offline.
Find what is actually consuming the link, shape it, and give users back the responsiveness they lost — usually cheaper than buying more bandwidth.
Our commitment does not end at implementation. Continuous monitoring and round-the-clock support keep the network stable while you run the business.

Scheduled project work and the urgent things that arrive without warning — both are covered.
One size does not fit all. Network architecture is aligned to your requirements and optimised for the traffic you actually carry.
Modern firewall solutions that shield the network from evolving threats and keep digital assets fortified against unauthorised access.
The Australian business landscape is dynamic. Services scale with growth without compromising security or performance.

Network and firewall support is $150 per hour with a four-hour minimum, GST exclusive. Ongoing management is included in managed IT plans from $4,500 per month, and defined projects such as a firewall replacement are quoted as a fixed price.
Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Sophos, Cisco ASA and Firepower, and F5. On the network side we work across Cisco, Juniper, NETGEAR and Dell, plus cloud-native controls including Azure Firewall, AWS security groups and OCI network security.
Yes, and it is one of the most common first engagements. Rule sets accumulate over years, and most organisations are running rules nobody can explain. A review identifies what is redundant, what is too permissive and what should be documented.
Yes. Continuous monitoring with alerting is available as a standalone engagement or as part of a managed IT plan, so problems are detected rather than reported by users the next morning.
Yes. Troubleshooting and responding to network security incidents is one of the request types clients engage us for. For anything affecting production right now, call 1800 431 416 rather than emailing.
Yes — site-to-site VPN connecting remote offices and remote-access VPN for staff, designed so the concentrator does not itself become a single point of failure for the business.
No. We are multi-vendor by design and not reselling a single stack, so the recommendation follows your requirements, your existing estate and your budget rather than a partner target.
Yes. Requesting an estimate for upcoming project work is a standard engagement — we will scope it, tell you what it involves and quote it as a fixed price where the scope can be defined.
