Integration and ETL services

Your data is already there — it is just stranded in systems that were never designed to talk to each other. We build the integrations and pipelines that connect them reliably.

What we do

Break the silos, then keep the data flowing

Most organisations already hold the data they need — it is just stranded in systems that were never designed to talk to each other. Integration is the work of connecting them reliably.

API · SOAP · WSO2

System integration

Connect diverse applications into one ecosystem — APIs, legacy systems and cloud platforms interoperating instead of exchanging spreadsheets by email.

SSIS · ADF

ETL pipelines

Extract, transform and load, done properly — data accurately extracted, reshaped into something meaningful and delivered to the destination without silent failures.

REST & SOAP

API development

Build the APIs your systems and partners need, with versioning, authentication and documentation so integrating with you is not an ordeal.

Reconciled

Data migration

One-off import and export work, system consolidations and platform moves, with reconciliation so you can prove nothing was lost.

Event-driven

Real-time exchange

Event-driven patterns for platforms that need to stay in step continuously rather than catching up in an overnight batch.

Power BI · SSRS

Reporting & BI feeds

The pipelines behind the dashboard — SSRS and Power BI models fed by data that is trustworthy enough to make decisions on.

Common requests

What you can engage us for

These are the request types clients actually come to us with — from a single data export to a programme of integration work.

  • Data export and import between systems
  • SQL Server SSIS package development and maintenance
  • Develop integration packages against a defined specification
  • API development for internal use or partner consumption
  • Azure Data Factory pipeline design and build
  • Legacy system integration where no modern interface exists
  • Reporting feeds for Power BI and SSRS

Why Onsys

Why integration work goes wrong, and how we avoid it

Bespoke, not templated

No two businesses have the same integration needs. We analyse your workflows and data before proposing an architecture.

Built to scale

Scalable architectures and adaptable frameworks, so the pipeline still works when the volume is ten times larger.

Secure and compliant

Data security is treated as non-negotiable at every step, from transport encryption through to access control on the destination.

Database depth

Integration lives or dies at the data tier — the layer we have run for two decades. That is not a subcontract for us.

Still moving data between systems by hand?

Tell us which systems need to talk and what the manual process costs you today. We will scope the integration and quote it as a fixed price.

FAQ

Common questions

Defined-scope work such as an SSIS package or an API build is quoted as a fixed price with milestone payments. Open-scope and advisory work is $150 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Both are GST exclusive and the scoping call is free.

SQL Server SSIS, Azure Data Factory, WSO2, REST and SOAP APIs, and event-driven patterns. On the data side we work across SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, EDB, MySQL, MongoDB, flat files and third-party SaaS APIs.

Usually yes. Where no modern interface exists we work with what is available — database-level integration, file drops over SFTP, or building an API layer in front of the legacy system so everything downstream sees a clean interface.

Yes. API development covers internal and partner-facing interfaces, with versioning, authentication and documentation, so integrating with you is straightforward rather than an ordeal.

Yes. Data export and import, system consolidations and platform moves are common engagements, and we reconcile the result so you can demonstrate nothing was lost in transit.

Yes. Reporting feeds for Power BI and SSRS are part of the service. A dashboard is only as trustworthy as the pipeline underneath it, which is where most reporting projects actually fail.

Encryption in transit, least-privilege access on both source and destination, and access controls carried through to the destination system. Security is treated as part of the design rather than a review at the end.

Architectures are built to scale and adapt — the pipeline should still work when volume grows tenfold or a new source system arrives. That is a design decision made at the start, not a retrofit.
