  • Standard supported hours are between 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM AEST from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

  • Prepaid and additional used hours will be billed weekly
  • All support packages come with 1 hour FREE professional support for setting up the network connections and access permissions.
  • Prices are marked ex-GST unless indicated otherwise.
  • Support hours will start on the day of the purchase.
  • Unused hours will expire after 7 days for weekly plans and 30 days for monthly plans.
  • Our database specialists will contact you to arrange the network access as per your business policies and security requirements.
  • Weekly DBA time usage and FREE monthly database health check reports will be available for monthly On-Call contracts.
  • All service requests are handled via service desk with a guaranteed four hours response time.
